We supply injection-moulded components to many types of industries. Our competent and experienced team takes part in our customers projects already in the development phase, just as we are ready to assist with consulting, if we can suggest a more beneficial or cost-effective production method for the volume of units needed.
Robots for automation
Most of our machines for injection molding are equipped with robots, several of which has 6-axes. The robots give us a high degree of automation in the production process. They can solve machining tasks or even equip bushings or fittings to the component.
Stable production process
The quality of the mould is a prerequisite for a stable and satisfying production of plastic components. As part of our project management,Vink develops, coordinates and purchases the moulds/tools to be used. We can both use the technical specifications and construction plans provided by the customer, but we also provide consulting and create 3D drawings of the moulds ourselves.
We even have inhouse tool-makers that can develop moulds of small or medium sizes and can make adjustments and maintenance on moulds that have been used previously for a more cost-efficient solution. This gives us the ability to provide a stable production process for our customers. We have toolmaking partners in both Denmark and China that delivers high-quality moulds in both steel and aluminium.
